As founding partners of the Law Offices of Brooks & Brooks, P.C., Matt and Amie have a diverse client base of land services firms, private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, mineral owners and producers. The Brooks & Brooks firm concentrates primarily on the production of oil and gas title opinions, closing commercial real estate transactions, and preparing real estate documents for various clients and title companies.

Matthew is a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations and a minor in English. Amie is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities/English. Both hold Juris Doctors from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.
